It's your friendly neighbor Killdong! I'm back with [Part 2] of the Supreme Court Ruling on LMH and SCJ on Embezzlement and Other Charges. Here in [Part 2], I'll go over the details of the charges and the court's ruling.

1. Charges and the Details—Obstruction of Government (pg.13-22):

During the Covid-19 outbreak in South Korea. SCJ failed to report truthfully regarding the list of its members, their activity, facilities, etc. and LMH, who is the top decision making personnel of SCJ, knew about this and willfully directed his workers to report falsely to the government. The details of the false reporting is in the court case, but I won’t go over them here.

2. Charges and the Details—Obstruction of Business, Illegal Trespassing into Public Facilities (pg.22-48):

Many of you know that SCJ holds many public events, mainly the 9.18 World Summit held annually, at huge facilities like sports stadiums. However, because of their public image, SCJ doesn’t tell the facilities truthfully of who they are and what the purpose of the event is. For example, they will say it’s an event for a community service group, non-religious. The facility approves of their use, but later finds out that it’s for a religious purpose and the host is SCJ. They will rescind the approval to use the facility.

The court found that in 2015, 2018, and 2019 World Summit Event, SCJ didn’t get the approval to use the said facilities. However, LMH still directed his workers to carry on the event, knowing that the approval to use the facility was rescinded. The court found details of how LMH directed the illegal trespassing of these facilities and therefore obstructed their business.

3. Charges and the Details—LMH’s Embezzlement (pg.48-64)

The court found many evidences regarding LMH’s personal embezzlement and special crime of embezzlement (they call it a special crime in Korea if it goes over 5 Billion KRW).

Case 1: 130,000,000 KRW for LMH’s Yacht (about $100,000 USD)

Let’s take a look at the Telegram messages between Mr. Soh and LMH's secretary, Kim X Hwa (or Ms. Peace) (Pg.52-53),

"Mr. Soh: I’m told that CZ (one of the tribe leaders) gave $100,000 check to LMH in 2013 to buy himself a yacht. Do you know if he still has the copy of it and where he deposited it?

Ms. Peace: I’ll ask.

Mr. Soh: Did DA(another person from that tribe) give it to LMH directly, not Kim? (KNH)

Ms. Peace: Yes, that’s what he said.

Mr. Soh: I told him to testify that he gave it to Kim. If she didn’t get the check, we’re going under. And we have no way of knowing because it’s been over 5 years. CZ is keep asking me to make it so that LMH doesn’t get the blame.

Mr. Soh: Tell LMH not to talk too much, and pretend like he has a hearing problem.Also tell LMH to act like he didn’t know anything, and it was all the other workers’ doing, especially the check from 2016, December--we need to know where that check went.Tell him to testify that the $100,000 check was gathered by the congregation members in support of his missionary work [the world tours, I’m assuming], and it was a personal donation from some congregation members who are wealthy.How LMH used the money isn’t the problem. The problem is the source of the money. We can’t connect LMH to the use of that money. If it’s found that LMH had connection to that money, we’ll say that it was all of tribe leaders’ doing, and they will take the consequences on behalf of LMH. LMH just has to say he used it without being aware of the fact that it was church money.

In summary, back in 2013, one tribe leader gave money to LMH buy a boat for him and his then lover, KNH, at their love house (Peace Palace) as a means to suck up to the Promised Pastor, our Teacher, the Messenger of Peace, LMH. Obviously, he used the church money, from the congregation members’ offerings and tithes (this is where your offering money goes to, folks). Because this is ILLEGAL, Mr. Soh, the head of the law department in HQ, is trying to fabricate testimonies to make it so that the check was given to KNH (to shift the blame on her), and that the tribe leaders plotted this without LMH’s knowing (to shift blame on the tribe leaders if found guilty on this, possible have them receive the sentence on behalf of LMH).

This is a common way of tribe leaders sucking up to LMH, by giving him money for “missionary purposes,” “God’s work,” “to support the museum of SCJ at the Peace Palace,” all using the offering and tithes from the congregation members who are constantly taught not to waste even a penny.

There are other evidences of LMH and KNH talking about buying a boat for the Peace Palace, the source of the money, how it was raised, etc, which is detailed in the court document (pg.57-63).

Case 2: Using Church Money to Purchase the Land and Construct the Peace Palace and have the Property Titled in LMH and Kim N. Hee’s (or KNH) Ownership (1/2 each). (pg. 64-75)

LMH is found guilty of embezzling about 5.2 Billion KRW (About $5 Million USD) of church money to buy the land and build the Peace Palace. He used the church money and claimed that it would be used for SCJ’s work, not for his personal use. However, in the property deed, the property is under LMH and KNH, with ½ ownership each.

Also, the court found evidence that this Peace Palace was in fact used for LMH and KNH’s residence and personal property.

The Peace Palace is a 3 story structure with:1st floor had living room, kitchen and dining room, computer room, bathtub,

2nd floor had office/library, bedroom, closet room, On-Dol (flooring heating method commonly used for residences in Korea)

When the court investigated the property with a search warrant, they found LMH and KNH’s furniture, personal belongings, toiletries, living items, etc. There were also 4 guest rooms, and even those were being used as a residence for the property groundskeeper. Not one was used for SCJ or HWPL’s work.

The interior designer received much feedback from LMH and KNH personally (because they were going to live in it). It was never intended to be used for workers or for SCJ’s church work.

Later, LMH and SCJ claimed that this place will be used for a Museum for SCJ’s Work (I remember him saying this during a sermon) to cover up the obvious discrepancies between his words and action, but court couldn’t find any evidence of using this property for that intent. The evidence shows that it was never once used for regular training purposes for SCJ members, and it was ruled that LMH just made those claims to escape from the charges.

In short, LMH and KNH CLAIMED that this property will be used for SCJ and church purposes, but in reality was being used for their personal residence/honeymoon house and was even titled under their ownership, ½ each.

Case 3: LMH Withdrawing 209,500,000 KRW (About $160,000 USD) from a Tribe’s Account and Arbitrarily Depositing in Other Accounts (pg.75-80)

This money was raised within the said tribe and should be used for the tribe’s work (i.e. it’s the tribe’s money). However, LMH ordered that this money be withdrawn from the tribe’s account, and directed how it should be noted in the church’s books for its usage. The court document details of the evidence that the court found, such as many messages and sticky notes from LMH to the church officials in the finance departments of that tribe, directing them what the money was used for and where it went, and how it was raised, etc.

Conclusion (TL;DR)

SCJ refers to this court case to tell its members that our Promised Pastor, LMH was found NOT GUILTY even before the courts of this world. This is a willful manipulation because they are leaving out information, fully aware of what they’re doing by giving only a part of the case to paint a picture that LMH has no sin.

The truth is, LMH was found GUILTY of embezzlement, obstruction of government and businesses, and conducted and directed illegal trespassings to public facilities. For that, he was sentenced to 3 years in prison with 5 years of probation, and 80 hours of training on common law.
