It's your friendly neighbor Killdong! I would like to share the true story of the Supreme Court Ruling on LMH and SCJ regarding his embezzlement and other crimes to kick off the Scandal Series of SCJ.

Synopsis
Many of you may have experienced this, but SCJ teaches that our Promised Pastor, LMH, was found NOT GUILTY in a lawsuit against him and SCJ during Covid-19. The propaganda used within goes something along the line of
“Our Teacher (or SSN), was found NOT GUILTY on charges against him for breaking the Covid-19 policy! He has no fault whatsoever, and came out victorious even before the worldly court.”
While that is PARTIALLY true, that is not the whole story. There were many charges that were brought up against him, and breaking the Covid-19 prevention policy was one of many. He was indeed found not guilty on the covid-19 policy, but was found GUILTY on many others, mainly

Then why does SCJ teach its members that LMH was found NOT GUILTY? It’s one of those common tactics used in SCJ to control the members within, by only revealing the partial truth, and not the entire story. Technically, it’s not wrong to say that he was found NOT GUILTY. They just leave out the important information that he was found NOT GUILTY for breaking the Covid-19 prevention policy, but was found GUILTY on many other charges.
Background
The Supreme Court of South Korea ruled in favor of the ruling of the original case in Suwon High Court, in which LMH was found guilty on many occasions and was sentenced to 3 years in prison, with 5 years of probation. In other words, the Supreme Court saw that the original ruling was just and the sentence remains the same.
The case went up to the Supreme Court because SCJ appealed to the ruling of the Suwon High Court case regarding the lawsuit against the defendants-- LMH and SCJ.
We’ll take a look at the original ruling of case in Suwon High Court, case number “2021노65.”

BL: Soh X Hong (or Mr. Soh). He’s the head of the Law Department of SCJ HQ, one of 24 departments. He’s acting as one of the attorneys for SCJ. Remember his name because he will come out in other posts in the future.

**Verdict**
LMH is sentenced for 3 years of prison, with 5 years of probation, (i.e., he doesn’t go to prison right away, but if he’s charged and convicted of another crime during his 5 years of probation, then his time in prison begins.), and 80 hours of education on law.
